Preparation Method
Sauté Aromatics
In a deep pan, sauté onions in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add Base
Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, mint, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Combine
Add kritharaki and vegetable broth. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer.
Bake
Transfer to oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
