Simple 5-Step Method
Cook Pasta
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 100ml cooking water before draining.
Sauté Base
Heat butter in pan. Sauté chopped onion and tomato paste until onion is translucent.
Add Tuna & Tomato
Add cubed tomato and drained tuna. Heat for a few minutes until warmed through.
Make Sauce
Add pasta water, lemon juice, and cubed cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Add dill.
Combine & Serve
Mix drained pasta with the creamy tuna sauce. Serve immediately while hot.
